Various FreeBSD improvements (#3219)

* Fix permission denied (/var/run/stalwart.pid) on FreeBSD install

* Remove jemalloc dependency on FreeBSD (which is already using jemalloc)

* Enabling binding to privileged ports on FreeBSD
